Silvaine Gustave Sandras (born February 24, 1872 in Lacroix-Barrez , † June 21, 1951 in Flers-lez-Lille ) was a French gymnast and Olympic champion .

He took part in the Summer Olympics in Paris in 1900 and won the only gymnastics competition that was held in front of his compatriots Noël Bas and Lucien Démanet : the gymnastics all-round competition. A total of 16 individual exercises were required. Sandras got 302 of 320 possible points.
