Bill Roper (2007)

Bill Roper (born March 27, 1965 in Concord , California ) is an American computer game developer. He became known as the Vice President of Blizzard North . He played a key role with his work on the action RPG Diablo and other Blizzard games. Roper handled all of Blizzard's internal projects and any external they dealt with.

After he left Blizzard, he founded Flagship Studios with other ex-Blizzard employees and served as CEO. He worked on the two titles Hellgate: London and Mythos until Flagship closed in July 2008.
