Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1897 by the architect R. Herrmann for the businessman Max Bode. The facade is clad with yellow clinker bricks. In addition, there are restrained plaster decorations that show the influences of the Neo-Renaissance . The property was fenced off with pillars and a cast iron fence. In the garden of the property there are remains of the original planting.
