Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1907 for master butcher Franz Tettborn . The planning and executing company was the successor to Robert Riefenstahl . A building with a multi-part floor plan was created. The risalites are crowned by gables in the neo-renaissance style . The entrance loggia is arranged on the side. There is a brickwork of plaster on the facade . The property fence is designed as a wrought iron fence.
