Bimantara was an Indonesian car brand.

Brand history

The company PT Bimantara Cakra Nusa / Citramobil Nasional began in 1995 or 1996 with the production of automobiles . The brand name was Bimantara . There was a collaboration with Hyundai , which led to the establishment of Bimantara Hyundai Indonesia in 1997 . Production ended in 1998 or 2000.

The cakra corresponded to the Hyundai accent . Its four-cylinder engine had a displacement of 1500 cc .

The Nenggala had an engine with 1600 cc and corresponded to the Hyundai Elantra .
