Birdy Nam Nam
Birdy Nam Nam is a French DJ team, the crew members are Crazy-B, DJ Pone, DJ Need and Little Mike.
Career
The four musicians have won various awards throughout their careers, such as the DMC Technics World TEAM Prize 2002. Birdy Nam Nam's goal is to use the turntable (record player) like a musical instrument. They released their debut album in 2006 with Uncivilized World Records . In the same year they appeared at the internationally renowned Music Conference SXSW .
The Crewn name comes from a quote by Peter Sellers from the 1968 film Der Partyschreck , directed by Blake Edwards .
They create their music from pieces of music from friends and their own albums and press their beats onto vinyl so that you can play and arrange your own music live.
In 2012 they had their song "Goin 'in" remixed by dubstep producer Skrillex .
