Birger Ehrenberg

Birger Ehrenberg (born September 6, 1962 in Mainz ) is an expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land and, as a politician for the Rhineland-Palatinate FDP, was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament from 1991 to 1996 . He is also a Chartered Surveyor .

Birger Ehrenberg has been involved in project development, residential and commercial construction and real estate consulting since 1981. He started his activity as an expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land in 1989 and has been a publicly appointed expert at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Rheinhessen since 1996 . Ehrenberg became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2002 and a Fellow of this professional association since 2012 . Ehrenberg is a lecturer at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences in the architecture / real estate valuation department .

Birger Ehrenberg was state chairman of the Young Liberals and belonged to the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament from 1991 to 1996 , where he was a member of the committee for housing policy and a specialist in the state building regulations (LBauO) Rhineland-Palatinate. He left the state parliament at the beginning of the 13th legislative period. With the beginning of his parliamentary activity, he also became an honorary expert in the expert committee of the city of Mainz.

After serving in the state parliament, he was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate regional planning advisory council from March 30, 1999 to May 29, 2003. Ehrenberg has been working on a voluntary basis as a member of the upper committee of experts for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate since 2005.
