architecture
This is a four-winged brick courtyard from 1826 (year above the door). The house is two-storey built in five axes with a half-hip roof , the third central axis being slightly forward and roofed with a flat triangular gable . Some of the courtyard buildings are older. The former barn wings have been converted into apartments.
Despite minor changes, this courtyard has retained its original appearance. It fulfills the requirements of § 2 DSchG NW for entry in the list of monuments . It is important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the working and living conditions in the 19th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for their preservation and use.
