Bisalpur is a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh .

The city is part of the Pilibhit district . Bisalpur is about 220 km northwest of Lucknow . Bisalpur has the status of Nagar Palika Parishad . The city is divided into 25 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census, it had 73,551 inhabitants, of whom 38,858 were men and 34,693 women.

The city is connected to the district capital Pilibhit by State Highway 29 .
