Bitter (noble family)
Bitter is the name of a German aristocratic family whose direct lineage begins with the royal Prussian war commissioner Alexander Bitter (* around 1685; † October 14, 1739 in Tangermünde ).

Split by black, silver and red, in each of the black and red fields a golden pomegranate on a golden stem of leaves. On the helmet with black and silver blankets on the right and red and silver blankets on the left, a growing youth with a laurel wreath in a robe split in black, silver and red, who puts his right (hand) into the side and in his left holds one of the pomegranates on his handle.
