The residential building at Blücherstraße 25 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in the 1930s. It was entered under No. B 166 on December 3, 2002 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The property is located in the northern part of Blücherstrasse, not far from Kaiser-Friedrich-Halle, as a two-story, three-axle residential building with a richly structured stucco facade under a mansard roof . House entrance in the right axis . On the first floor of the central axis there is a balcony , above it in the attic a dwelling with an inscribed date (1895) and flanking dormers.

In the mid-house the only window frame that has almost been preserved in the original. Facade structure through bright brick surfaces and the dominance of the horizontal banding made of cornices , plaster strips and roofs. Vertical structure with pilaster strips around which the cornices are cranked. On the ground floor windows in plaster frame with segmented arch lintel, the window on the left outside emphasizes like the house entrance on the right outside with a triangular gable over an architraved cornice. On the first floor round arched windows in plaster frame with three wedge stones and architrave each, separated from one another by pilaster strips, which protrude over consoles the main eaves and lead in the middle axis to the dwelling.
