The house at Blücherstraße 29 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in the early 20th century. It was entered under No. B 163 on March 23, 2000 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

Two-storey, three-axle house with a richly structured stucco facade . Above a detached plinth that ends with a profiled cornice is a differently designed facade with painted brick surfaces and horizontal plaster strips and cornices that divide storeys .

Rectangular window openings on the ground floor stand opposite window openings with round arches on the upper floor, both of which have the old, original wooden frames. The entrance to the house with a modern, renewed wooden door is in the right axis , on the upper floor a three-sided bay window protrudes in the middle axis. Above the box cornice, a dwelling with a curved gable top accompanied by volutes is flanked by dormer windows under saddle roofs . The Mansarddachfläche is in an old German Deckart verschiefert . The extension and the rear facade are subsequently smoothly plastered.
