The Black Beck is a river in the Lake District , Cumbria , England . The Black Beck arises as an outflow of the Blackbeck Tarn on the northwest flank of the Gray Knott .
The Black Beck flows in a northerly direction and flows into the Warnscale Beck , which is a tributary of the Buttermere Lake , at the foot of the Haystacks in the south and Fleetwith Pike in the north .
