Black Jack is a Swedish dansband . The band's name played a role in the 1990 film of the same name by director Colin Nutley , which describes the musical genre of dansband in Sweden.

Band history

The band was formed in 1991 . Tony Ljungström, who also starred in the film, became the lead singer of Black Jack. After initial success, the band appeared in various television shows such as Bingolotto , Godkväll , Jeopardy and Mat-Tina , and was hired for a commercial for the telephone provider Europolitan .
