Blake Ross

Blake Aaron Ross (born June 12, 1985 in Miami ) is an American software developer who became known for his work on the Mozilla Firefox web browser . He also started the project of the same name with Dave Hyatt .

Ross was hired by Netscape Communications Corporation as an intern at the age of 15 . At that time he was still attending Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami , Florida . He graduated in 2003 and later studied at Stanford University . From 2007 to 2013 he was Director of Product at Facebook .
