occupation

Shame! was a television series that dealt with the fortunes of a rock 'n' roll band in Munich in the mid-1980s. It ran for the first time in October 1985, there are a total of thirteen episodes with titles like way too many and way too hot , each 25 minutes. Characteristic of the series, which ran on the ARD pre-evening program, were partly surreal storylines with magical elements, 1980s music (produced by Lothar Meid ) and young, largely unknown actors. Much of it still breathed the spirit of the Neue Deutsche Welle , which at that time had already passed its peak.

Characters and Performers

In addition, in addition to a large number of constantly changing actors, a few secondary characters that kept appearing:

reception

The series was not received enthusiastically at the time of its creation. On 1980s pages, however, people keep asking about her, and it seems to be gathering a certain fan base. This is probably due to the very special character and the typical setting. The series was never repeated.
