The Blue Lake is a body of water in the municipality of Heidesee in the Brandenburg district of Dahme-Spreewald .
The inflow and outflow-free lake is located south of the community center in a wooded area. To the north-west of the lake is the Prieros district and the Streganz district to the east . The water is accessed through the path to the Blue Lake , which also connects the two districts.
The approximately 1.7 hectare lake was created after peat had been extracted there and the depression filled with residual water. It is approved for fishing and is used by the Kreisanglerverband Dahme-Spreewald e. V. supervised.
