Bloodride is a Finnish thrash metal band from Helsinki that was formed in 2000.

history

The band was formed in 2000 by guitarist Niko Karppinen and drummer Petteri Lammassaari after they met by chance after a concert of Tarot in Helsinki. Guitarist Teemu Vahakangas, bassist Esa Pennala and singer Jyrki Leskinen joined them for a short time and completed the line-up. After developing the first songs, they recorded a demo that was released in April 2003. In spring 2004 the band went into the studio to record the EP Bloodridden Disease . After the release followed appearances in Finland together with Codeon , Maple Cross and Diamanthian . In spring 2007 the band went back to the studio to record six new songs. Three songs of it appeared on a promo demo. In June 2009 the band recorded their debut album in the D-Studios under the direction of Tonmi Lillman . After being released with Supreme Predator in autumn 2010 , the album Crowned In Hell was released in March 2011.

style

The band plays classical, aggressive Thrash Metal, whereby the songs are partly technically very demanding.
