The Blubaugh nunatak is an Antarctic nunatak in Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica , which is shaped like a mountain ridge. It rises south of the mouth of the Kansas Glacier into the Reedy Glacier .
The area was mapped by surveys by the United States Geological Survey and with the help of aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the Nunatak in 1967 after Donald D. Blubaugh (* 1933), a construction mechanic on the McMurdo- Station in the winter of 1957.
