history
After taking over the Mehringhof Theater in Berlin with his two partners Christian Luschtinetz and Jörg Born, Peter Maassen founded the artist management Kulturbureau Berlin, which specializes in cabaret and comedy . From 1999, the core business of artist management was expanded under the umbrella of BlueCat Medien GmbH, including the book publisher Divan and several service providers from the field of culture and media marketing.
BlueCat media group projects
- Distribution center
The Distribution Center (VC) looks after publishers , record labels and stage artists. The activities range from title reports to warehousing and delivery to sales PR. In addition to the sale of physical products to web-based and stationary retailers , digital products are also brokered.

- Comedy dealer / StageCat-Live
The artist and event agencies Comedydealer and Stagecat-Live support artists in the planning and implementation of their live performances . They put their experience and optimal support in the foreground.
- Divan publishing house

- Creative center

- Stage cat booking
Stagecat-Booking is responsible for arranging readings and author appearances . At the same time, the project offers support for book presentations and premieres, publishing events and reading trips.
- Crowdconsult / swarm book
Crowd Consult is a consulting agency for crowdfunding . The support covers all areas and all phases of the project. The marketing and communication strategy is tailored to the respective project.
Swarm book is a crowdfunding Verlag, the financing of a book done by a crowdfunding process. The agency offers to proofread the texts, help design the cover and take care of typesetting and printing.
- DNA - The subsidiary rights agency
DNA - The ancillary rights agency markets ancillary rights of publishers and authors. The project is aimed at rights holders as well as potential users of rights. The mediation of rights ranges from audio books , paperbacks , foreign to film rights .
