Bob Watt
Robert McDonald "Bob" Watt (born June 24, 1927 in Innisfail , Alberta , † May 11, 2010 ) was a Canadian ice hockey player . At the 1952 Winter Olympics , he won the gold medal as a member of the Canadian national team.
Career
Bob Watt spent his senior career with the Edmonton Mercurys . With the team he represented Canada at the 1950 World Cup and the 1952 Winter Olympics.
International
For Canada Watt took part in the 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo , where he won the gold medal with his team. In eight games he scored three goals and three assists. He and his team had previously won the gold medal at the 1950 World Cup .
