The Bodetalblick , also Kaiserblick, is a lookout point in the Harz Mountains above the Bodetal near Thale in the Harz district , Saxony-Anhalt .

The lookout point is located on the left, southern side of the Bode on the western side of the Langer Hals ridge . To the east of the lookout point runs the hiking trail leading from the south to the Prinzensicht a little further to the northeast .

From the Bodetalblick there is a wide view to the west over the Bodetal below Treseburg . Among other things, the rock formations hay barn , thunderstorm cliffs and Großer Rabenstein can be recognized. The view of the Bodetal valley is secured by a railing. There is also a bench.

A little to the east of the Bodetalblick is the stamp point number 70 of the Harz hiking pin , which is assigned by name to the Prinzensicht, which is a little further away.

The name Kaiserblick is used in older, but also in more recent publications and maps ; today, however, the name Bodetalblick is shown on site.
