The Boisavia B.60 Mercurey was a sports aircraft produced by the French manufacturer Société Boisavia .
History and construction
The Boisavia Mercurey was a four-seat light aircraft developed in France shortly after World War II . It was a conventional braced shoulder- wing aircraft with a fixed tail wheel landing gear . The prototype first flew on April 3, 1949 and was powered by a Renault 3Pei with 140 kW. The aircraft was built in small numbers and used as a sport, travel, training and agricultural aircraft , as well as a glider tug .
