Bojan Filipović (born January 1, 1976 ) is a Serbian football player .

Career

Filipović began his professional career at Radnički Pirot . His next positions were Napredak Kruševac , FK Obilić and OFK Belgrade . He completed a total of 3 international matches for Serbia-Montenegro .

In 2003 he completed a trial training with the Austrian club SK Sturm Graz . The then coach Gilbert Gress spoke out in favor of a commitment, which earned him a well-paid two-year contract. Filipovic, however, had some problems finding his way around his new club. It was only in the last game of his first season, when the Graz team was about to stay in the league, that the Serb showed all his skills. The second season was better for Filipovic but still mixed. Nevertheless, coach Michael Petrović demanded a contract extension for him, which was also realized at greatly reduced salaries. In his third season Filipovic justified the trust of the trainer and he became a top performer and crowd favorite in Graz. His increase in performance brought in some transfer requests from Japan, although a change could never be implemented.

The following year, however, he lost his regular place under coach Franco Foda . In 2007 he finally moved to the second Austrian performance class at ASK Schwadorf .
