history

For a long time the ASK Schwadorf only played in the district league. This changed when the entrepreneur Richard Trenkwalder took over the association. In 2002 ASK Schwadorf was the winner of the sixth class 1st class east, in 2003 the fifth class regional league south / east - in addition, winning the Lower Austrian state cup won the first title in the club's history. In 2004 they made it through to the 1st regional league. It only took two years for ASK Schwadorf to rise again, this time to the third-class regional league . In 2007, the club managed to prevail against the rivals Wiener Sportklub , First Vienna FC 1894 and PSV Team for Vienna and already made their promotion to the first league three game days before the end .

The club started with the goal of becoming second division champions in the 2007/08 season. The former national players Roman Mählich , Marek Kincl , Jozef Valachovič , Anton Ehmann and Marcus Pürk were brought in. Many coaches and observers saw these newcomers and the two existing greats Thomas Mandl and Michael Wagner in Schwadorf as the clear favorites, but they got a false start and after two games without a win, Attila Sekerlioglu was dismissed and replaced by the former Austrian World Cup participant Bernd Krauss . But even because of him, the Schwadorfer didn't really get going (23 points from 18 games), which is why he too had to resign. Heinz Peischl was brought in to take his place.

In summer 2008 the ASK Schwadorf was renamed “FC Trenkwalder Admira”. The actual VfB Admira Wacker Mödling continued to play in the regional league under the name FC Trenkwalder Admira Amateure . At the same time, most of the players in the ASK amateur team, which played in the 2nd regional league East, switched to the newly founded Schwadorf sports club in 1936 .
