The Boldklubben 1903 ( German  Ballklub 1903 , short: B 1903 ) is a Danish football club in Copenhagen , which was founded on June 2, 1903. The home games were played in the Gentofte Stadium .

The club was champion seven times and cup winners twice. B 1903 was able to qualify eleven times for the European club competitions, with the greatest success in the 1991/92 season , when you could get into the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup . In the second round, the German record champions FC Bayern Munich were thrown out of the competition 6-2 at home and 0-1 away.

After both B 1903 and Copenhagen's competitor Kjøbenhavns Boldklub (KB) failed to achieve success at the beginning of the 1990s , the number of spectators declined significantly and the suburb Brøndby IF had taken on the pioneering role in the region and throughout Denmark, the merger took place in 1992 of the professional teams to FC Copenhagen .
