Railroad crossing on Bollo Lane

The Bollo Brook is a watercourse in the London Borough of Ealing and London Borough of Hounslow that runs underground throughout its course. The Bollo Brook is being built near Ealing Common underground station and will follow the District Line to Acton Town underground station . He then follows Bollo Lane, which marks the border between Ealing and Hounslow, to Chiswick Park Station on the tube. It then flows through Turnham Green and into the grounds of Chiswick House . The Bollo Brook, which formed the boundary of Chiswick House's grounds until 1726, was moved directly through the property through land acquisitions and, after remodeling, originally filled the lakes and fed the fountains of Chiswick House. Since laundries located further upstream polluted the water, the watercourse was carried out in an underground passage under the site. In the area of the Gunnersbury Nature Reserve the watercourse occasionally rises to the surface. The Bollo Brook joins the Thames downstream from the Barnes Railway Bridge .
