Dang Ye-seo
Dang Ye-Seo , born Tang Na , (born April 27, 1981 in Changchun , China ) is a South Korean table tennis player . She participated in four world championships and two Olympic Games .
Career
She was born under the name Tang Na in Changchun, Jilin Province, China. In 2000 she moved to South Korea and was naturalized there. From then on she appeared under the name Dang Ye-Seo . In the same year she won the championship of South Korea.
If it had not previously appeared internationally, it has now been active under the flag of South Korea. From 2008 to 2012 Dang Ye-Seo took part in four world championships . In 2009 she reached the quarter-finals in the individual, and in 2012 she was third with the team.
In 2008 and 2012 she qualified to participate in the Olympic Games. In 2008, she defeated Australian Miao Miao in singles , after which she lost to Feng Tianwei from Singapore. With the team she won bronze. In 2012 she only competed in the team competition and helped the team to fourth place.
In June 2009 she was ranked 15th in the ITTF world rankings , which was her best ranking.
