The Bolmaren was a Swedish cargo ship that was commissioned by the shipping company AB Transatlantic, Gothenburg , in autumn 1954 from the LMG Orenstein & Koppel and Lübecker Maschinenbau AG shipyard under construction number 508. The launch took place on July 12, 1955, the handover to the shipowner on October 29, 1955. The ship was mainly used in service to West Africa .

Later use

On August 9, 1968, the ship was sold to Goodwin Shipping Co Ltd., Liberia, and went under the name Golden Phoenix . In 1973 it was resold to Chittin Tanthuwanit Shipping Co Sa, Panama, which used it under the name Chittin Tanthuwanit . In 1979 the ship went to Mah Boonkrong Shipping Co, Ltd. Bangkok, Thailand and was sold to Chien Yu Industrial Co. Ltd. for demolition in 1980. in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
