Boršičanka Antonína Koníčka is a Czech brass band. It is directed by Antonín Koníček .

history

Boršičanka Antonína Koníčka was founded in October 2000 by Kapellmeister Antonín Koníček. Koníček is not only a trumpeter and composer, but also the owner of the music publisher AKon. The ensemble consists of 14 musicians and singing soloists, most of whom have graduated from conservatories or music colleges. In 2002 the band became the first European vice-champion of Bohemian-Moravian brass music at the professional level.
