Boris Andreyev ( Russian Борис Фёдорович Андреев * January 27 . Jul / 9. February  1915 greg. In Saratov ; † 25. April 1982 in Moscow ) was a Soviet film actor.

Andrejew came from a working class family. He grew up in Atkarsk and initially worked as an electrical mechanic. In his spare time he played theater and was discovered here by actor Ivan Slonov . He recommended him to the Saratov stage technology school, which Andreyev finally successfully completed in 1937. He then played for a year at the theater in Saratov and was brought to Moscow by Ivan Pyrjew in 1938 . Andreyev began working as an actor for Mosfilm . His film debut was in 1939 Pyrev's Young Life .

Andreev was one of the most active Mosfilm actors in the 1940s. He often appeared in character roles and received several awards. At the 2nd All Union Festival In 1959 Andrejew received 1st prize for his role in Poem vom Meer . For a large family he received the award for Best Actor as part of the team at the Cannes International Film Festival in 1955 . At the San Francisco International Film Festival in 1963 Andrejew was awarded the Golden Gate Award for Optimistic Tragedy for Best Supporting Actor. In 1948 and 1950 Andreyev received the State Prize of the USSR . In 1962, he was awarded the honorary title of People's Artist of the USSR .

Andreyev, who also worked as a voice actor in the 1970s, died in Moscow in 1982 and was buried in the Vagankovo ​​cemetery there.
