Borislav Paravac (Cyrillic Борислав Паравац) (born February 18, 1943 in Kostajnica , Kingdom of Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian politician from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is married to his wife Dragica. They have a daughter and a son together.

Paravac finished his studies in Zagreb in 1966 . Afterwards he was director or managing director and auditor in Bosnia and Herzegovina in numerous Yugoslav companies.

He is a member of the Serbian Democratic Party . From 1992 to 2000 he was a member of parliament in the Serbian Republic and president of the municipality or city of Doboj.

Paravac was Vice President in 2002 and, from April 10, 2003 to June 27, 2003, was rotating President of Bosnia and Herzegovina . In addition, from April 2002 to June 2003 and from October 2004 to June 2005 he was Chairman of the State Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina . He was replaced in the new elections in October 2006 by Nebojša Radmanović in his function. Paravac has been retired since October 2006 and is a member of the “Association of Accountants and Auditors of the Republika Srpska”.
