Boros (son of Penthilus)
Boros ( Greek Βῶρος ) was a king of Messenia and descendant of Neleus in Greek mythology . According to Pausanias he was the son of Penthilos , but the older Hellanikos of Lesbos gives the order in reverse. According to this, Boros and Lysidike were the parents of Penthilus. Boros was the father of Andropompus , who succeeded him to the throne.
