The 2002/03 season was the first season of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Ice Hockey League , the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian ice hockey league . For the first time in the club's history, HK Bosna from Sarajevo became champions .

In the main round, each of the four teams played a total of 16 games. The first two of the main round qualified for the championship finals. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
