HK Bosna is an ice hockey club from the Centar district in Sarajevo , Bosnia-Herzegovina . His parent club is the USD Bosna ( Univerzitetsko Sportsko Društvo Bosna , German "University Sports Association Bosnia" ). In the league , the ice hockey team is nicknamed Lisice (German: "Foxes" ). After the club was inactive for a few years, it has been back in gaming since 2017.
history
The club was founded on September 11, 1980. In 1985 the team rose to the first Yugoslav league , where they could assert themselves. The best placement came in the 1986/1987 season with a fifth place (out of nine teams). Due to financial problems, the club withdrew from the league in 1988.
Due to the destruction of the Zetra Olympic Hall during the Bosnian War , gaming was stopped in 1992. After the establishment of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian ice hockey association , HK Bosna took part in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian ice hockey league with interruptions . In 2003, 2011 and 2018 he became Bosnian-Herzegovinian champion.
