The 2017/18 season was the eighth season of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian ice hockey league , the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian ice hockey league . Champions were for the third time in the history of the HK Bosna from Sarajevo .

After the 2015/16 season was canceled after two games and no championship at all was played in 2016/17, after a two-year interruption, games were played again. The three teams of the 2014/15 season did not take part in the league. Instead, HK Bosna (champion from 2003 and 2011), HK Ilidža 2010 (champion from 2012), two former titleholders and, as a newcomer to HK Divlje Mačke Sarajevo, took part in the championship.

In the main round, each of the three teams played a total of ten games, each 45 minutes long - instead of the usual 60 minutes. The main round winner was the Bosnian-Herzegovinian champion. Each team received three points for a win and zero points for a defeat.
