Boulevard Baden was a weekly newspaper that had appeared in the greater Karlsruhe area since 1998 and was distributed to all households in the catchment area free of charge on weekends. There were four regional editions: KA-Stadt, Durlach , Ettlingen , Rheinstetten . The total circulation was 150,000 copies ( IVW checked).

Boulevard Baden was only financed through advertisements . The editorial section reported on political , cultural and sporting events and those of general interest from the region and the urban area of ​​Karlsruhe.

Boulevard Baden was published by the Röser Presse in Karlsruhe. Since February 2010 there has also been a daily updated online edition and smartphone apps. In addition, there was the possibility to leaf through the editions as e-paper. A tablet edition was launched in February 2012.

Boulevard Baden was printed in the Rhenish format (350 × 520 mm) and in the basic Concorde font in a Rüsselsheim print shop.

On September 27, 2013, the managing director Steffen Lüderwald announced that the newspaper and the associated online portal will be discontinued at the end of the current year.

The newspaper Boulevard Baden was published for the last time on October 13, 2013. The website has also been discontinued.
