The Boulisst River is a short river in northern Dominica in the Parish Saint Andrew . It rises in the Moore Park Estate ( Paix Bouche ) at about 240 m above sea level , in the same area as the tributaries of the Grand Riviére and the Thibaud River and flows south. It passes the Paix Bouche and La Source in the west and flows into the Blenheim River from the left and north in Belmanie . The Boulisst River runs partially parallel to the Grand Riviére and to a main arm of the Thibaud River.
