Boy and the Eagle is a 1949 American short film directed by William R. Lasky .

content

A paralyzed boy finds a young injured bald eagle . He nurses him back to health, tames him and teaches him to fly. When a rattlesnake attacks the boy, the eagle comes to his aid. A wild battle breaks out between the animals. In the excitement of this critical situation, the boy forgets his crutches and suddenly can walk without them.
