The BRÖRING group of companies is active in northern Germany in the animal feed production and agricultural trade. The company is one of the largest compound feed manufacturers in Germany.
history
The BRÖRING group of companies emerged from the merger of H. Bröring GmbH & Co. KG and Haneberg & Leusing GmbH & Co. KG .
The H. Bröring GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1891 by Heinrich Bröring in Dinklage. Haneberg & Leusing emerged from the companies Wiese & Leusing in Nordwalde and Haneberg in Ostbevern , which had merged to form Haneberg, Wiese & Leusing prior to the takeover by Bröring .
In July 2019, H. Bröring GmbH & Co. KG took over 100% of the shares in BOERRIES GmbH & Co. KG. BOERRIES GmbH & Co. KG is a leading manufacturer and dealer of special feed for piglets.
Locations
At the nine locations in Dinklage , Löningen , Ostbevern , Schöppingen , Spelle , Twistringen , Algermissen , Karstädt and Losten , 2.0 million tons of compound feed are produced annually . Bröring has 13 agricultural trade bases. Around 15% of total sales are generated there. The grain required for compound feed production preferably comes from local agriculture. At the Spelle location, Bröring has its own port transshipment point. Bröring and BEST 3 have their own grain stations in Löningen and Twistringen.
