The bridge mill lock is a listed lock on a tributary of the Saale in the city of Weißenfels in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 66140 .
history
The bridge mill lock was built as part of a major project to make navigable from the Saale to the Unstrut . The lock was completed in the 1790s. Along with the Beuditzmühlen lock and the Herrenmühlen lock, it is one of three locks in the Weißenfels urban area.
