The Brandenburg State Cup 1990/91 was the 1st edition of the Brandenburg State Cup for men in amateur football. The ESV Lokokomotive Cottbus prevailed on June 8, 1991, in the decisive game against FSV Velten in 1990 with 2: 1 and became, for the first time, the state cup winner. With this victory, the ESV Lokokomotive Cottbus qualified for the DFB Cup 1991/92 .
