The 2013/14 Krombacher Pokal was the 24th edition of the Brandenburg State Cup for men in amateur football . The FSV Optik Rathenow sat down on May 28, 2014 in the final against SV Babelsberg 03 with 3: 1 by and was, for the second time, national cup winners. With this victory, FSV Optik Rathenow qualified for the DFB-Pokal 2014/15 .

The final took place in the Vogelgesang stadium in Rathenow .

1With the rise of FSV Babelsberg 74 to the Landesliga Nord, ESV Lok Seddin (KL) was qualified as a defeated finalist for the Landespokal.
2Since the cup winner FSV 63 Luckenwalde III, as the third team, was not entitled to participate in the state cup, VfB Trebbin (KL) , as an inferior finalist, qualified for the state cup.
3With the rise of VfB Krieschow in 1921, in the Landesliga Nord, SG Eintracht Peitz (LK) was qualified as an inferior finalist for the Landespokal.

Game mode

The Brandenburg State Cup 2013/14 was played in the knockout system . An attempt is first made to play a winner in 90 minutes. If it is then a tie, there will be a thirty-minute extension, as in other cup competitions. If there is still no winner after that, this will then be determined in the penalty shoot-out according to the known pattern.

qualification

In the qualifying round, 12 of the 17 district cup winners met. The clubs SG Union Klosterfelde, SG Eintracht Peitz, SG Wiesenau 03, Heinersdorfer SV, SSV Einheit Perleberg each received a bye for the qualifying round.
