The Brandenburg League 2013/14 was the 24th season and the sixth as the sixth highest division in men's football. It began on August 9, 2013 with the game Oranienburger FC Eintracht 1901 against SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug and ended on June 21, 2014 with the 30th matchday.

The SV Germania 90 Schöneiche became regional champions in Brandenburg for the second time this season and was promoted to the Northeast Football League . The SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug won the runner-up, 8 points behind. During the winter break, SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug led the table in the Brandenburg League after the first half of the season and thus won the unofficial title of autumn champion.

After the 30th matchday, SV Babelsberg 03 II and SG Blau-Gelb Laubsdorf were relegated and had to relegate to the regional league.
