The Brandenburg League 2009/10 was the 20th season and the second as the sixth highest division in men's football. It began on August 14, 2009 with the game SV Babelsberg 03 II against Eisenhüttenstädter FC Stahl and ended on June 12, 2010 with the 30th matchday.
The SV Altlüdersdorf became state champions in Brandenburg for the first time this season and was promoted to the Northeast Football League . Eisenhüttenstädter FC Stahl won the runner-up, 9 points behind. During the winter break, TuS 1896 Sachsenhausen led the table of the Brandenburg League after the first half of the season and thus won the unofficial title of autumn champion.
After the 30th matchday, Oranienburger FC Eintracht 1901 and FC Schwedt 02 were relegated and had to relegate to the state league.
