The Brandenburg-Liga 2015/16 was the 26th season and the eighth as the sixth highest division in men's football. It began on August 14, 2015 with the game VfB Hohenleipisch 1912 against VfB 1921 Krieschow and ended on June 1, 2016 with the 30th matchday.
The SV Grün-Weiß Brieselang was national champion in Brandenburg for the first time this season and was promoted to the Northeast Football League . Breesener SV Guben Nord won the runner-up, 11 points behind. During the winter break, SV Grün-Weiß Brieselang led the table of the Brandenburg League after the first half of the season and thus won the unofficial title of autumn champion.
As relegated were after the 30th game day of VfB Hohenleipisch 1912 and RSV Eintracht 1949 and had to relegate to the state league.
