The Association League Brandenburg 2003/04 was the 14th season and the tenth as the fifth highest division in men's football.
The Ludwigsfelder FC has been this season for the first time national champion in Brandenburg, an increase in the Oberliga Northeast on. The SV Germania 90 Schoeneiche achieved, with 12 points residue, the runner.
The SG Eintracht Oranienburg filed for bankruptcy and was closed during the winter break. All affected results have been canceled.
After the 28th matchday, TSV 1878 Schlieben and MSV Hanse Frankfurt were relegated and had to relegate to the state league.
