The Association League Brandenburg 2002/03 was the 13th season and the ninth as the fifth highest division in men's football.
The Frankfurt FC Viktoria 91 became national champion in Brandenburg for the second time this season and thus rose to the soccer Oberliga Nordost . The SV Schwarz-Rot Neustadt (Dosse) won the runner-up, 2 points behind.
After the 30th matchday, SV Kloster Lehnin and FSV Glückauf Brieske-Senftenberg were relegated and had to relegate to the state league.
