The SG Blau-Gelb Laubsdorf was a sports club from the Laubsdorf district of the Neuhausen / Spree community in the Spree-Neisse district . The club rose in 2012 to the Northeast Football League . After the main sponsor withdrew, the club withdrew from gaming operations in 2014 and dissolved in 2015.
history
The association was founded in 1920 as Gloria Laubsdorf . After the Second World War , the club became a company sports community called Tractor Laubsdorf . As a result of the expansion of the first and second GDR leagues and the Cottbus district league at the beginning of the 1960s, the BSG tractor Laubsdorf also slipped into the Cottbus district class in 1962. After the dissolution of the second GDR league and the reduction of the district league to just one season, the BSG Traktor Laubsdorf also disappeared in 1964 in the district level, where it remained until the end of the GDR. The low point was reached in 1982 with the relegation to the bottom division. On July 1, 1990, the name was changed to SG Blau-Gelb Laubsdorf .
The association has been sponsored by Griesbach Industrieservice GmbH since the mid- 1990s . The first successes came in the 2004/05 season, when the club was first in the Landesliga Süd Brandenburg and was promoted to the Brandenburg League . In this league, the club mostly achieved top positions. In the 2011/12 season, Laubsdorf made it to the first place in the Northeast Football League . With only three wins and five draws from 30 games in the 2012/13 season , the team was the last to relegate to the Brandenburg League. After Griesbach Industrieservice GmbH ended the sponsorship of the club in winter 2013/14, the club was withdrawn from the Brandenburg League at the end of the season and initially registered for the state class South Brandenburg. After no further sponsors were found and all the players and the coach left the club, the game was finally completely withdrawn. The association filed for bankruptcy and was wound up in 2015.
With SG Traktor Blau-Gelb Laubsdorf , a successor club was founded on June 26, 2015, which started in the lowest league, the 2nd district class Niederlausitz-Süd, in the 2016/17 season.
