The 2011/12 Krombacher Pokal was the 22nd edition of the Brandenburg State Cup for men in amateur football. The SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug sat down on May 1, 2012 in the final against SV Babelsberg 03 with 2: 1 by and was, for the first time, national cup winners. With this victory, SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug qualified for the DFB-Pokal 2012/13 .

The final took place on the Leistikowstrasse sports field in Falkensee .

Game mode

The Brandenburg State Cup 2011/12 was played in the knockout system . An attempt is first made to play a winner in 90 minutes. If it is then a tie, there will be a thirty-minute extension, as in other cup competitions. If there is still no winner after that, this will then be determined in the penalty shoot-out according to the known pattern.

qualification

In the qualifying round, 7 of the 16 district cup winners met. The district cup winners SG Einheit Zepernick, FSV Babelsberg 74, SG Rot-Weiß Neuenhagen, SG Groß Gaglow, SG Mildenberg, VfB Fünfeichen, SV Eintracht Lauchhammer-Ost and SV Ziesar 31 each received a bye for the qualifying round.
